Pilot and Gunners CFS3

Hello

I'm not sure if this has been asked before, but I did check the archives and couldn't find it. I'm having a problem with my bombers in CFS3, when I switch to a gunner station and the "pilot" takes control of the aircraft, the engines all stop and the plane slowly dives to the ground. Has anyone else found this or does anyone know how to fix it?
