CFS3.1 & no-cd crak issues

Well, I got the stinking "patch" , looked like a great Idea ! sounded like the game would become a great place to fly . only to find the "stutter issues" were nothing , when compared to the problems I have seen from the protocal errors, and mismatched aircraft errors.

why , oh  why cant we just fly this game ? I love the graphics, and was getting comfortable in my SpitmkIXc Profane ( finally a Spit , that flies like it's ancestor !!! , only to find that I cant join a game for 2 weeks ! or If I host... no-one can join in mine !!!
In cfs1&2 , if I have a plane in my inventory that no-one else has, I still can use my stock planes to meet the restrictions, and fly.
But, NNNOOOOooooOOo ! not CFS3.1 !!! whats the deal ? is this a terrorist plot to unnerve us ? if so , Osama , you win !  Crikeys ... too frustrating.
Patch or crack, or no safe middle of the road.... why is all this happening ?
