virtual Air Logistics (A VA making a difference in the flight sim community) announces its upcoming CIRP virtual supply mission. This upcoming mission consists of a virtual contract awarded to virtual Air Logistics to re-supply the ice stations of the CIRP (Cambria Icefield Research Project) for March, April and May.

If you are looking to add an additional layer of realism to your flight simulation involvement, vAL has the mission for you. Our vAL missions involve team work and coordination to be successful and we are seeking pilots who want to add this additional level of participation to their overall flight sim experience. This is much more than just flying and filing PIREPs. Complete coordination between our Mission Director and Pilots to provide just the right amount of cargo between our staging areas of Ketchikan, Alaska (PAKT) and Stewart, British Columbia (CZST). From Stewart our pilots support and supply the ten ice stations making up the CIRP operation.

This is a joint effort between our virtual airline http://virtualairlogistics.org/ and the awesome freeware scenery site (RTMM) http://return.mistymoorings.com/ . vAL and RTMM have enjoyed a partnership allowing our individual members to have the best of both worlds with awesome freeware scenery and an extremely relaxed virtual airline to log and accumulate flight time.

Like Bush Flying? vAL offers all types of bush flying throughout Alaska, British Columbia and Idaho utilizing fixed wing aircraft such as the Cessna C208, Cessna C185, Piper Cub and even offer a DC-3 in our expanding fleet of aircraft. Yes…vAL also offers routes to those who enjoy heli operations.
