Merc Aero Services is a network of virtual independently owned HUBs that cater to many different flying styles. Each HUB is like it's own charter company taking on all sorts of jobs, be it passenger, or cargo, and operating all sorts of aircraft from bush planes to jets to helicopters.
Sometimes HUBs will get important jobs and special contracts. The most unique part of Merc Aero Services is that there is something for everyone.
HUB managers are their own company CEO in a sense and they are responsible for maintaining and meeting the monthly rental fee of their HUB, and for the leasing fees of the aircraft their pilots choose. They will also have to find jobs and create routes to generate income for their HUB.
The pilots will receive a large portion of the job pay, while the Merc Aero Services HUB will take a small cut. Pilots operating here could be considered mercenaries, hence the name, Merc Aero Services.
