VA Seeking new Pilots

We have recently started a new VA and are seeking new pilots both novice and experience. We are a little different than most. We do not have hubs to fly from. We just have routes all over the world from different continents. We maintain a master roster to generate some competetion among our pilots. We have a ribbon program to reward our pilots for certain accomplishments. We are very laid back and expect our pilot to ENJOY and fly often and not have an abundant amount of rules and regulations
