forgot some ::) BA is one of the best VA's out in my opinion, an application to get into it, real routes with a program that auto file your flight for you on your local machiene after your done. And a program to do it on VATSIM. Its not a good system to have a poll for this, diffrent people have diffrent likes/dislikes
