phpVMS is a complete virtual airline administration solution. Some features included are PIREPS, schedules, pilot registration, profiles (with avatars and signature generation!), and statistics and native FSACARS support with live map; also included are CMS features, including news and creating pages with information for your pilots.
The only requirements are PHP 5 and MySQL - most hosts have these two features. A two step installer is also included, so no tinkering in code or in a database, and "skinning" your site to fit your VA's theme is modeled after Wordpress, phpBB, and other similar applications, to minimize the learning curve.
