Easyfly or flyeasy

Would any of these names as a Virtual Airline be illegal. I know that if you made a EasyJet va, it will be closed down by the real company.

However if i named my VA easyFly, or flyEasy could i be prosecuted in any way. Its a different name, and the logo will be different.

Not sure how it would affect a VA. Any company name with the word easy in it is regarded as copyright by the Easy Group. http://www.theregister.co.uk/2001/06/28/this_is_how_easy_group/
