Pegasus Simulations Incorporated (PIS), parent company of Atlantic International Virtual (AIV) is a non-profit volunteer hobby organization for simulation pilots, an environment in which the individuals can experience, learn, and have fun while conducting basic and advanced piloting skills using flight simulator software.

Chief Operating Officer / COO (1) - The Chief Operating Officer reports to the CEO of the organization. As the COO for Pegasus Simulations, Inc. (PSI), he/she oversees all operations within the organization and works directly with all Operational Vice Presidents, pertaining to the virtual world. (Vice President of Flight Operations, Vice President of Flight Standards & Training and the Vice President of Systems Control)


Basic Qualifications for Chief Operating Officer Level Positions:

* Must be at least 21 years old and have completed all required HR documentation.
* Must have held the previous role as a Vice President for at least 1 calendar year.
* Must have at least 3-5 years work experience in the related field.
* Confidentiality is a must in this position.
* Must have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
* Must be able to communicate with all levels of management.
* Must possess the ability to work with minimal supervision, and be able to follow through on all correspondence, tasks you have created or ones that have been assigned to you.
* Must check all emails, forums and company voicemails on a daily basis and follow through with any correspondence associated.
* Must attend monthly staff conference calls and virtual meetings.
* Must have excellent leadership skills and be able to work well with others.
* Must be responsible for accurately completing Time and Attendance whenever work is preformed.
