AJ - as an aside - one of the aircraft you positively NEED for your VA is the Angel 44.  This is a neat twin pusher-prop specifically made for the missionary work.

Mike Stone made has a model of it.

I saw this airplane at the Orlando NBAA last year and it's a bit spartan in its interior appointments (no fancy leather interiors and glass cockpit), but a solid flyer.

The designer/manufacturer sold a few but I think that the market just isn't there.
