where did you download that?
there isnt anything like that default i think...

Its part of the standard Flight Sim...

Pressing ALT will show the "Menu" at the top of the screen.

To get access to the Multiplayer Option.

I just printed a screen shot of the Option screen for Multiplayer connection.

Paul.

Note: You've got to have the Sim up and running, with you on the ground...then press the "Alt" key to get access to the drop down menu.

P.S... Have a peek in the Multiplayer Forum down below.
A little bit there about connecting to Multiplayer when using FSX...(Unnecessarily complicated!).
FS 2004 is so much easier!

So you have no problem connecting to FSX Multiplayer...

Do this test for me:

In FSX, connect to this IP address...>>> 66.90.73.187

Select "World Tour"...

Then look here to see if you appear in Port address; 23458, on the right-hand side...>>>

http://www.wspilots.com/

Then look here to see if you appear...>>>

http://66.90.73.187:8082/

Pressing "Enter" in FSX Windowed Mode should bring up the Chat Window with you on it...and anyone else who joins!

If you do then you can join me (or anyone else with FSX) with my FS 2004... :)...!

Paul...

Are we back to the issues of ports being opened?

Hey guys... maybe split this developing multiplayer discussion off (it is getting way off the "Leaked Picture" topic) and head it down to the multiplayer section?

best,

.............john

Good idea John...

Send the Multiplayer parts down to the Multiplayer Forum.

This should then be back on topic...sorry!

It seems that a lot of Simmers are having problems with FSX Multiplayer using Gamespy, and difficulties with FSHost Client?

Paul... :)..!

Done Fozzer.

best,

Thanks, John!

With a bit of to-ing and fro-ing between us, Jetprop has now managed to get his FSX running successfully using FSHostClient, and we have both connected to a particular Flight Sim Server with no problems.
Me using FSHost for FS 2004, and Jetprop using FSHostClient for FSX!

Now we need MORE On-Line Multiplayer Pilots!
