Did two more routes on the hoplist today. I kept having CTD issues for some reason during the second leg, but it was still fun!

Congratulations, Paul, and thank you so much for actively participating in this tour!  :)

We'll have the tour up for the South Island of New Zealand soon, which is around a dozen airfields. That one, although short, will be kept up for around one month to make sure that everyone that wants to do it has the opportunity.

Following that, the very large "Pacific Northwest Tour - Alaska Focus" will be up, which will keep you busy for quite a long time!

Thanks again for your exuberant participation in these events,

-Sean

If you get caught up to hop 6 by tomorrow I'll fly with you Sean, since Paul ditched me and finished it on his own.  ;D ;D ;D ;D  ;)

Sounds like a plan. I'll work my way up to the "Stratford - Te Kuiti" very late tonight, and I'll see about joining you tomorrow afternoon or Saturday to finish it up. I really enjoy operating in the Rotorua and Tauranga region, so I'm looking forward to that!

I'll let you know on a time once I figure out how my schedule is going to be!  ;)

Alrighty then, I think either day will be fine at this point. If you have a preference towards Saturday, that's fine.  :)

For those that are interested, I will be continuing my completion of the NZ North Island tour tomorrow probably around 1:30pm US Eastern.

As far as progress in the tour goes for me in case anyone joins in:

I am currently parked at Rotorua (NZRO) and will be departing from there to continue onwards.

..I used my default Trusty Beech Baron 58* for the Tour.

That speeded the journey up, somewhat...(<220 knots per leg)... ;)...!

Paul...G-BPLF...FS 2004...*and two exhaust driven Turbochargers!... 8-)...!

...and an infinite supply of free Avgas... :-*...!
