Its funny, I get on like a public server, and there is a tower, but it cracks me up, people are just flying all over the place, nose diving in the ground, and the atc is trying to direct traffic but one on listens to them.

Unless they specifically tell you not to do so then yes it is funny

I get booted from Squakbox for goofing off sometimes

Usually if I see someone goofing off on VATSIM I start swearing at them, get all there details and start messaging them.

The main reason why I (we) stick to the Sim V Server, (and WS Pilots), where most of the Folks there are sensible Multiplayer Flight Simmers, behave themselves, and use the Sim for reasonably realistic Flight Simulation......!

I often enjoy a daily Tour with a fellow Pilot(s) in Multiplayer, where there is no "messing about" involved!......!

It's much more enjoyable, and considerably less annoying!......!

Same here. Besides I don't see the point in 'goofing around'. If you want to fly into something or somebody else can't it be done in the regular sim? Same for stuntflying right in front of somebody who is about to land. AI planes don't fight back you know.....

I think it would be the end of all MP sessions. If you want to shoot people down buy CFS or any other shooter.

well you can shoot people in real life and that doesn't stop other people from living!
