Interesting Hop, this one....

KNID: China Lake...(Gas Pumps).
026: Lone Pine...(Gas pumps).
207: Independence...(No Gas).

From China Lake Naval Weapons Centre, up the Saline Valley, with the the Death Valley National Park to our right, and the wild mountainous area of the Sierra Nevada National Park to our left!

We still lie between the lush greenery of the California Pacific Ocean Coast, and the dry, dusty Nevada Desert!

Flight Plan duly filed*, Baron's engines checked, re-fueled, and rarin' to go!... :)...!

California Map safely stowed.

F....G-BPLF.... 8-)...!

* FS Navigator.  Don't want to fall into the "Steve Fossett" trap... :o...!
Might be a good idea to switch on my Transponder, and request "Flight Following" from ATC, as well...
...they can then watch my antics on their Radar Screen...in case I get lost!...(I wish....LOL... ;D...!).
... ;D...!
