...Youngsters...!

BAH... >:(...!

LOL...!

Funny thing is, my Orange Service Provider was "down" this afternoon...

Zillions of expensive 'phone calls to some pre-recorded Indian Bloke in India kept telling me that the service was working OK....

Couldn't find the letters "B O * * O C K S" on my land line 'phone handset!... >:(...!

Wouldn't it be nice to talk to a "Real Englishman", in "England"...I think to myself... ::)...!
(Even if he had a Scouse accent!).

Paul....My Service has suddenly re-appeared now...as though by magic!.... :-?...!

..It's happened so many times that I am almost on intimate terms with that Indian Bloke in India, now...

I keep telling him that there is a problem....

...but he's not listening to me... >:(...!

..I don't think he understands English...

...and I don't understand Indian...

So we both have this communication problem... :-/....!

And neither of us seem to like Oranges, anyway... :-[...!

LOL... ;D...!

Paul....(Freeserve)...;)... :-*...!

On the internet problem thing guys...all providers regularly have to maintain the lines and connections which means you may get some periods where the internet doesn't work, although most of this work happens at night in the UK, it is essential.

Thanks sam for keeping our server operating [smiley=dankk2.gif] [smiley=tekst-toppie.gif]

What I always find annoying, is that whenever I telephone the Indian Gentleman, (in India, a long, long way away!), he never fails to remind me that his instant check with Orange (my Service Provider) indicates the there is absolutely nothing wrong with the Service, and everything is working fine....trust him....

...obviously, he is not sitting in my bleedin' chair, and looking at a blank Browser, whilst I am eating my hot, buttered Crumpets, and drinking a cup of sweet tea.....at Tea-Time..in the afternoon...!!... >:(...!

I am thinking of taking a holiday in India soon, and hoping to meet this Indian Gentleman and remind him of my displeasure with his incorrect advice....and offering him a Beef sandwich... >:(...!

What is really annoying is that they are so UNBELIEVEABLY polite, so you cant be nasty with them... :o...!

They always call me "Sir" or "Your Lordship" during the conversation, so I cant really kick them in the Nuts...!

If I quickly pulled his Turban off, would he spin round like a Top... ::)...!
