When I host a LAN or GSpy multiplayer session, the choice for changing "time and season", and changing airplanes during flight are both grayed out.   Did anyone else notice this, and is there a work-around?  On the advanced multiplayer options I "checked" all options, but didn't notice an option for these 2 in particular.   Others in my hosted session say they can go back to the "launch" page and select changes.   I'm not sure how to get back to the launch page as a host.  Help appreciated.
