HELP!

I am new to online flying and don't know how to talk to the other players. I need how to talk for dummys because I am not real good with computers.

Greg,

If when you are online and connected and are sitting in your aircraft somewhere.... hit the "ENTER" key.  That will pop up the chat box.

You click in the message area and then type in what you want to say.  Hit "OK" or "ENTER" and it goes out to everyone connected on the server.

Another alternative is to use TEAMSPEAK...... a freeware voice client.

Look elsewhere in this forum for info on finding Teamspeak.  When you get the diownload.... read the manual to learn how to set it up.  

Once is is set up....you connect to the Teamspeak channel people are yusing.... and you hear what is said and using your mike ......when you hit the PTT switch (push to talk) your voice goes out over the "air"  (wires actually  ;).

Thanks john, Now I can let other pilots know I am not stuckup! I am also trying to install teamspeak and get it running, Do I need a aircraft style headset with a mic?
