Multiplayer session problems

i tried today to connect to any multiplayer sessions going. i opened the MP screen, entered my IP, entered a name and click search to find sessions. nothing appeared. does this just mean noone is online or that there is a problem with my pc.

The I.P. Address you enter should not be your Address, but the Address of the Server you are trying to connect to... ;)...!!!

Download FSHostSpy from here:

http://www.chocolatesoftware.com/fshostspy/

It checks a whole bunch of MP servers and lets you know who is on each one, what they're flying and where.  When you find one you want to join, copy the address and paste it into the MP window of FS2004.  It's an excellent bit of freeware!
