1. Can i set up my own multiplayer through two FS systems i have on a laptop and desktop?(without FShost)

1: do you mean 2 different multiplayer games, or one that hosts and the other plays on the same game?

2: yes, just look for the Teamspeak server program.

i was thinking of doing this by hard wire?

one of the nice things about FS is it's not fully IP reliant. unike games like Diablo II, which requires a different IP for every computer (hence why LAN and internet cant play together), all FS requires is that you log in.

i'm not sure what you mean by Hard Wire
