Well Lads.....

This is going to be another long one,  We will be starting at Stornoway (EGPO) heading to Benbucala(EGPL) Barra(EGPR) and then Landing at Scatsta(EGPM)
I know we are heading to two airports out of the way (see Below) but we should of really touch and go'd there during the last flight:

Stornoway EGPO to Benbucala EGPL
hdg 227, 55nm
Benbecula EGPL to Barra EGPR
hdg 196, 27nm
Barra EGPR to Scatsta EGPM
hdg051, 280nm

This flight being over 300 miles i'd suggest using the default King Air, but make sure you've packed your lifejackets and carry your insurance as we got more water to fly over....

I'm hoping to use this server i.p: 80.229.167.231 , which is the same one used for yesterdays multiplayer..... and hoping to be On Wednesday night (26/10/05 starting at around 7pm (england time)......

Hope to see you all there.......

Nemo........

We're going back on ourselves! I was thinking we'd be going round Northern Scotland, via Kinloss or something. But either is good!

And yes, King Air for me. Could do with the extra 100 knots!

OK all....

Little update on tonights Uk Tour....

It will roughly take around 1:45 mins to get there in the Default King Air, and just over 2hrs in the Baron....

I Will be online from 18:30 (england time) tonight, so i can try "landing" the king air...... Teamspeak/Skype is possible for tonights multiplayer,

Hope to see you tonight

Hi Nemo....!

Sounds cool... ;D...!
...tho' I must admit I really don't have a natural affinity for turbo-props, so the King Air is probably out....
...much too complicated, juggling with the Yoke, Throttle levers, Prop controls, Condition levers, Mixture levers, Gear levers, Flap levers, Radio knobs, Hostess....etc....when desperately trying to loose speed and altitude during the line up, just prior to landing...:'(...

...It takes forever to slow the engines down...o:...!
LOL...!

Now the Baron, I can cope with admirably...good old-fashioned piston engines....eager to slow down... ;)...!
LOL...!

So when you lot land in your King Air's, it will give you time to get the drinkies in at the bar, waiting for me to arrive in my trusty Beech Baron... ;)... ;D...!

Cheers Lads...catchya later... 8)...!

Paul...just compiling a list of VOR and NDB radio frequencies for the route....(care of FS Navigator... ;)...).... ;D...!
...and dusting off my life jacket... :)...!

Think I may join you tonight for a bit of King Air practice. I really don't like trimming aircraft like that, so I think I'll be using autopilot a lot!

I might make it.... if so I'll likely be flying the default Baron like Fozzer.  Will have Teamspeak on the server recently listed in this forum "netfrag" or something like that.

best,
