Multiplayer with no ATC

Hi, probably this has been asked before but I could not find anything.
My question is if anyone knows of any multiplayer server with public access where somone can connect and fly online at any area of the world, with any aircraft (not only GA or Bush flying) and without ATC. I want to educate a bit a friend on procedures but as he is in another city the only way is in an online flight. This is why I don't want ATC.

P.S. The server should support both FS2002 and FS2004.

Try WSpilots World tour on IP number 66.147.177.125. It has no ATC and you can go everywhere.

Get a copy of FSHostSpy and run it.  On any given day thatere are about 125-130 fl;ight servers listed...of which only a handful are running ATC.

I agree on the WSPilots suggestion.  Also maybe sign up on ESkyWorld.  They have a good 24/7 free flight server.
