FS host question..

OK I have downloaded FShost software and can run fshostspy and find my session without any difficulty...

however when I go into the sim I cannot find a session on the ip address that the session is supposedly on...

I believe that the hosted session is ok, and the problem lies within my computer/fs connecting to the net through my router...

I'm running a DI-604 router with all ports enabled, and forwarded for fshost as well.  all software firewalls were down at the time that i tried it last night.

any ideas?

My main goal is to set up a temporary server with a hoplist so that over christmas break several of my friends from school can pick a time and try to hit every county airport in Ohio together using 2002 and 2004.

Its dead simple .......... you cannot join on the default port .

When you open up the multiplayer connect screen in FS9 you will find an option at the bottom for client settings. Change the connect port to 23455.

snip snip ........ bobs your aunt you'll be able to connect to your own session. ;D ;D ;D ;D

:)

If 23455 does not work, try 23457, which is what I use

Tony

PS This should work, as I really would like to be called a Scholar and a Gentleman
