 Hey all.......
                                  Was wondering if anyone out there knows why when people play multiplayer together, sometimes you can see animations such as lights on other peoples aircraft, and on other Aircraft you can't. Same with Landing gear and such. Any help would be much appreciated. Is there values in the Cfg files that have to be edited to see such things???  Thanks for your time.

Goose what version of FS are you running?

           FS9

Are these downloaded aircraft? It could be that they're effects only with these planes, not default ones like lights....

I have seen these problems in both Default and Downloaded aircraft such as wings folding not seen, or not seeing another planes landing gear or canopy open and close. Me and a guy i fly with have tested it over and over and come up with different results for each aircraft. Was hoping to find a fix for this, or maybe a way to edit such things.

Sometimes the obvious eludes... for me anyway.  One time when trying to MP In the OPTIONS there were selections for others to see your animations and to see others animations. Have you checked that?

What also affects loss of u/c is that you do not have the same aircraft in your aircraft folder, also the design used for different aircraft. These features combined do cause problems.

Thanks all for the reply's, and yes i have checked the right options for multi, so not that, and we both have the same aircraft hangars, so not that....still troubleshooting, but thanks for the suggestions....Anyone else got any ideas? Thanks all.
