You should mention what country you are based in, and what kind of VA you wish to start.

Hi sorry ExAir is based in the u.k
this name is based on the airport we will oporate from
Exeter. This will be a passenger airline.

I'd definitely suggest flying for an airline and becoming part of the management team to get a handle on what's involved. It can be quite complex.
