hey im new to 2k2 on the net, and i was just wondering, whats it like playing with 56k online?

Lil it is fine. Personally I don't use the Zone. Download something like FSHost, and setup flights with your friends. It adds a whole new level of fun to the experience.

Or fly on VATSIM ( http://www.vatsim.net/ ) if you want real ATC's etc.If you just want to play with friends,get FSHost like Ozzy suggested.

On this note... dial-up isn't bad at all, IF you get at least 43K on your connection.

A 56K modem doesn't "force" your ISP to give you that much band-width....even in big cities with BIG ISP servers and the newest computer/modem,,
