I would like to participate in the next airshow also.... maybe display?? I have been practicing in the F-16 and such A/C, so if it's ok with the setteruppers (hey i dont have a better word) of the airshow, maybe I could do a F-16 display or F-86. Whatever

High Flight Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of earth And danced the skies on laughter-silvered wings; Sunward I've climbed, and joined the tumbling mirth Of sun-split clouds - and done a hundred things You have not dreamed of - wheeled and soared

Hey guys, its really good you want (as do i) to participate, however a special thread will be made when, and only when, they are ready to scedule. Now i also believe the next airshow will be DEFAULT, this way evryone can join and have a good time. Stay tuned and watch for the next post of the "SimV Airshow: Summer of 06" (sorry just made up a title ;D )  Oh by the way i have nothing to do with the show except for the fact i flew in the last one. Oh hey this brings up something elce, can i help plan the next one??? send me a pm  ;D

if its a default airshow this time, its going to be pretty damn fun, whichever the type of aircraft it is i'm going to stick with the Default Baron......

I think we had plans for a fly-in with default aircraft, but we never really followed the idea through.

If we had a whole airshow as default, there would be little variation, and probably less people willing to take part. (I for one am pretty terrible at displaying any of the default aircraft!)

I mean, we've got to have military jets and warbirds in the show! ;D

Hmm... not too sure really. I would have thought the different repaints wouldn't show, and therefore neither would the aircraft (probably different models, too).

Just a note, I'm not on the organizing commitee for the Airshows, Cspyro and Tweek did an amazing job to-gether. I did however chase away that idiot who tried to ruin everything.  I threatened to send a virus his way that even his great great grandchildren would have to deal with 50 years from now... ;) I am looking forward to the next one though and Cspyro and Tweek know they can count on me to help whenever and wherever needed.

I promote that we use Congos canyons as the base airport ;D

That would make for some interesting performances.
