I get the feeling IM gonna be seeing the show like Paul, theres very little chance im gonna download ALL those planes, especially the ones that are well over 10 megabytes.  For future reference guys, try to find smaller file sizes.  If you absolutely have to fly the one thats in the large size, find the same or similar plane in a smaller size for us to download, load in the smaller one, then switch to your preffered

I think we need to work out a program that for these airshows we set it up early and have all the aircraft put on cd's and for cheep prices (shiping, handleing, and cost of cd's) or free we send them out to the 56k users so they may be able to get all the aircraft without spending 2 days downloading them   ;D ;) probly wouldnt work however

Very difficult to set up an early programme, and even more difficult to ship CDs to everyone!

Not to mention the copyright problems from shipping other peoples work ;)

this can be avoided by doing this:

DO NOT ASK FOR PAYMENT. if you are planning to distribute the CD's, you must do so without charge, aka, you are the download volunteer. I would gladly do it, but for the US people only. no way am i shipping across seas.

CREDIT THE AIRCRAFT, including asking for permission to distribute as such. like i said. if you give me a week, i can take care of it. i just need the week to ask for permissions, and gather the materials.

this does not violate copyrights. the aircraft are originally distributed freely, so they cannot be charged, and giving them to someone is helping spread their word.

:)Ramos- likes the idea, lacks the time & money.

So all our US flyers can look forward to a nice CD full of files in time for the next show then?

Excellent idea BAW... :-*...!

If you've got any spare space on the CD, could you please include a cracked copy of Windows XP Pro, including Service Pack 2...
..and any other FAB shoot-em-up programs you've got on your 'puter..

Joyfulness...  ;D...!

Tee-Hee... ;D...!

Paul...(56k Dial-up)... ;D...!

...(Only joking, (I think?) for anyone who takes me seriously).... ;D... ;D... ;D...!
Win 8.1 64-bit. DX11. Advent Tower. Intel i7-3770 3.9 GHz 8-core. 8 GB System RAM. AMD Radeon HD 7700 1GB RAM. DVD ROM. 2 Terra Byte SATA Hard Drive. Philips 17" LCD Monitor. Saitek Cyborg X Fly-5 Joystick. ...and a Briggs and Stratton Petrol Lawn Mower.

im currently praying on the fact that FS2004 can load on Vista, otherwise, i'll be out of the running.

my copy of Windows XP Pro won't come in until july, so i have to rely on my mac laptop (no FS) and Vista (which im reinstalling for the 5th time, this time my fault :P)

i really want to make it, trust me, my server is still at stake as well... i need to do something about that...

Just to say, i think theres been a mix up.....Cspyro and Serpent are doing their individual displays during the BBMF display, so you can take them off the seperate slots.

Thanks
