multiplayer for fsx........

it seems when I sign into the multiplayer game on fsx. It is saying I'm logged in on another computer and won't let me play. who would I talk to or how would I fix it so I can play multiplayer?

You have an original, legit copy and havn't given out your FSX registration/key code have you?

I have two computers and I played from both. there in the same ip address. but there not played at the same time.

That's pretty normal and I get it all the time, especially when the site is busy.  If you just keep trying you can usually get in ... unless you have a  really bad connection. Sometimes it helps to get out and get back in ... but there are nights when I can't even get on.
