Time Zones...

Postby Iwannabeapilot » Wed Sep 20, 2006 2:32 pm

I'm always confused when it comes to different time zones as are some other members here. But this handy little site puts an end to that  :D Time Zone Converter
It's very simple to use and I hope this helps.

Thanks

You can also double click on the time display in the bottom right corner of your screen (if you're using Windows), it brings up a Time Zone function.

Sure it does.  Click on the "Time Zone" tab and the pull-down menu says things like "GMT -05:00 Eastern Time (US & Canada)" so you know EST is -5 hours from GMT.  It even adjusts for daylight savings!  You can calculate any time zone from any other time zone, as long as you know where you are and what the time is now - and your PC should already know that much ;D
