Updated rules in the forum. I just cleared some things up. :P

Plus an odd question...
Does anyone here have a need for a forum?  :P

I needed to test some things in YaBB, so I just installed it. Now I have finished my testing and no longer have a need for it, but it just feels wrong taking the time to install it only to delete the next day. ;D

You can currently find it at http://test.techplusplus.net.

Well... after a "catastrophic" hardware failure on the server, perfectly timed with my desktop's hard drive(where I kept my backups) corrupting, everything disappeared. :P

I've been hard at work reinstalling everything. Plus I'm taking advantage of this to make sure I do everything right, or at least the best I can. So getting everything up and running will take awhile.

So far I've gotten "lighty", php, mysql, and postfix all up and running. Which means I've gotten the forum back up... well, back up to the point where a normal user wouldn't notice anything. Everything else I have left to do with the forum is fine tuning.

Since my backups were unavailable any members or posts will not have been carried over, so any current members will have to register again. I would love help or ideas from anyone who would like (membergroups, boards, etc.).

Click here to go to the forum...

Well, back to work. ;)

OH HI

If the link doesn't work, don't freak out. Chances are the change hasn't propagated to your DNS servers yet. It may take up to 3 days. :P

Apparently there is this website here... I didn't know! Okay, well that was a complete lie. I've been really busy for the last few hours.

You may have assumed I've been busy doing upgrades. Nope, downgrading. As much as I love my VPS service... well, honestly I can't come up with a good excuse for why I'm moving to regular paid hosting. Other than the lower cost of course.

There's no doubt that as soon as I can find a good enough reason to(enough visitors, needing more bandwidth, etc.), I'll be heading back to the VPS service.

Can't keep me away for long. I had the toughest time pressing that "Request Cancellation" button.

I'm not exactly a writer, that's why I'm always looking for some. :P
