Postby Mark_C » Mon Nov 16, 2009 5:43 am

HJG (Historic Jetliners Group) have pleasure announcing the release of another flightline of both new and upgraded classic jetliner files for FS ....

A new B720 texture .... featuring an aircraft in the very rare pre service entry configuration and 1959 identity of a major US airline.

New early production B727-100 textures representing .... 2 variations of colorful 1970's era liveries of a major low cost/high frequency operator based in Southern California; And the early 1980's post merger identity of an aircraft operated by a current major US domestic carrier.

Represented among new textures for the "convertible" B727-100C are .... the colorful late 1990's livery of an Angolan airline .... and among which are featured both combi and pure freight configured aircraft; And the early 1990's identity of a prominent US based airfreight operator.

New textures for the early production B727-200 include .... both original late 1960's and colourful mid 1970's liveries for a major Southern California based airline which serviced the US Pacific Southwest.

New B727-200 ADVC textures feature .... the colorful late 1970's livery of an aircraft operated by a major US Pacific Coast operator; An equally attractive mid 1980's identity of a current Texas based US low cost/high frequency air service provider. The attractive late 1980's natural metal scheme of a current major US domestic carrier. The present identity of a major airline from Mexico; And the attractive hybrid livery recently applied to an aircraft operated by a Florida based US charter company.

And .... there's"MORE" ....

In response to mny past requests .... a major texture expansion project representing the 1960's, 70's, and 80's period liveries of DC8-30, DC8-50, DC8-62, and DC8-63 aircraft operated by a major Scandinavian carrier has now been completed .... and among which are featured the lesser known 1970 hybrid scheme for 2 DC8's operated by the tourist/holiday division of this major international airline, along with an even more rare hybrid scheme applied to a single DC8-63 leased by this airline to an Icelandic operator during 1980.

The 3rd and most recent installment of HJG's new and evolving DC9 project is also now available .... featuring the "DC9-40" .... supported by textures representing the 1967 McDonnell_Douglas house colors as applied to the very first production aircraft; The late 1990's identity of a famous and recently defunct major US carrier. The 1980's livery of a major airline from Scandinavia; 2 variations of livery representing a major US Midwest based carrier and from more recent times. And the identity of a lesser known US airfreight operator.

New CARAVELLE 6R textures have also been released .... featuring the early 1970's livery of a major US carrier; A selection of 5 1970's era liveries representing both major and lesser known operators from continental Europe; The late 1970's identity of a Danish tourist/charter airline; And 3 variations of livery applied to rare freight configured aircraft which saw service with a major US airfreight operator during the 1980's.

But .... we're "NOT" done yet ....

Perfection and product improvement is an integral part of HJG's FS work. As a result the following selection of texture upgrades have also been released .... 2 colorful and further enhanced/more authentic AEROCONDOR COLOMBIA B720-B liveries from the early 1970's; A corrected DHL/Venesecar Internacional B727-100F livery; And minor upgrades for HJG's entire previously existing SAS DC8 flightline.

All this .... and a great deal more .... is now available for your "FREE" FS enjoyment and from the following website address ....
