Flight Sim Ground Vehicles - Problem

I'm unable to access FSGV just like any other visitor and now I'm unable to access my Freewebs account because the browser just freezes everytime I try. I'm not sure if this is a technical issue on my part or if there is maintenance going on at Freewebs.
I run Internet Explorer 7 and Windows Vista Home Premium. I can access my FSGV e-mails and all other websites without a hitch, but it's FSGV and my Freewebs account that I can't access at the moment.
