Airshow up north... Midnight Sun Airshow 2007
Posted: Sun Jun 24, 2007 4:22 pmWent to an airshow on Midsummer Eve, held traditionally at the Finnish Air Force's main training centre at Kauhava AB (EFKA).
The airshow was in two sections; the solo flight displays from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. local time, and the group displays starting at 9:45 p.m, lasting until 11:30 p.m. At midnight, a F-18 created a "bonfire" in the sky by releasing a bunch of flares in a rapid succession. Hope you enjoy the pics!
