Graham, we host our site with www.got-hosting.com.  It's not the cheapest in the world (our package costs about $20/month) but it is without doubt one of the best I've ever dealt with.

Very little down time, and AMAZING customer service.  Check 'em out.

I was thinking more along the lines of free web hosting.

I HAVE A HOSTING ACCOUNT YOU CAN USE FOR FREE IT HAS ONLY 50 MEGS THOUGH AND NO ADVERTISMENTS.

Angelfire are the best 20mbs but advertisments. Free of course.

www.freewebs.com is a good one.  

40 mbs for free and no adds except for a small one line deal at the bottom of the pages.

You can also buy more space if needed.

Its very easy to use as well.
