Just a suggestion, Anthony, if I might.
Don't spend the money on your VA just yet. It's sad to say it, but more start up VA's fail than succeed, and I'd hate to see you lose your money if that should be the case.
I'm not saying or wishing that you will not be successful in your quest, just trying to help you just in case.
There are plenty of free websites available for you to start with, and then you can get a paid host later on, if you decide you want to.

that is true, but what is the frist thing people look at, the web site, if the sight looks like crap there not going to want to join. i would like to do it that way an i might try that but i want a good turn out.
