HTML help needed

I have a cfs2 repaints site, the url is http://www.crosswinds.net/~cokacola-650, and i want to add a table so that the news will on the left and something else will be on the right. I have gotten this far: http://www.crosswinds.net/~cokacola-650/test_body.html. If it says the server could not load the page, just click "go" again.
