Freeware 'Schmittfire' from Aeroplane Heaven

Postby Alisa » Wed Dec 01, 2004 8:59 pm

Hi all,

I've never posted here before (that I can remember anyway!) so if this is in the wrong section, could you direct me to the correct forum?

We've just uploaded this years Christmas/Holiday present for all our members - the 'what if' German Spitfire & I thought I'd get on here and let you all know, since we had such a great response to the Seafires!

Membership is free and our website is: www.aeroplaneheaven.com or www.ahmembers.com if you're already a member.

Merry Christmas everyone! Hope you have happy & safe holidays :)

Glad you liked them :)

We've been amazingly busy this year with all the Spitfires and stuff, but the Schmittfire is such a cool plane - we had to get it out! (and it's probably better than the giant flying Christmas pudding that we were planning!!  ;D)

You guys do great work.  I'm a little disappointed you didn't get your Spitfire package out before Real Air though.  I was looking forward to yours.  I'm buying both, but I want yours more.  I have yet to see a decent lowback Spit for FS.  ;D

Kevin

P.S.  Thanks for the planes.  I'm off to get the download now.

Hang on for about 20 minutes - there's a quick gauge fix being done as we speak.

Sorry about that everyone - it should be up very soon (I'll let you know).

Oookay - all is fixed - if you've already downloaded, there's a tiny fix for the gauges that can be downloaded from the same page. If you haven't yet downloaded, the complete files are now correct - thanks for being patient :)

wilderobb - you can never, never have enough planes! ;D

Kevin/Dread Pirate Roberts - (I love that movie by the way!) Thanks for the kind words! Baz and Mike are on the final leg of the Spitfire pack - it's been a massive effort, way bigger than anyone thought, but hopefully the final product will be well worth it! ... And once it's done we can get going on the Corsair again!!

Hi Alisa, thanks for the German Spit, an unusual one for my collection. I hope the Spitfire package will be out soon, I've been dribbling into my keyboard ever since I first heard about it ;)

Ozzy (just slightly Spifire mad) ;D

There are two types of aeroplane, Spitfires and everything else that wishes it was a Spitfire!
