Just a heads up to the flightsim community, I put in an order on the 3rd of Aug. 2011 to the my airplane .com website for a dvd of world  airport charts that they advertise for around $38.00 USD. After many emails to find out what has happened to my order, I get a response from a Dennis Megarry who at first wanted to know my order info , which I gave on 4 different occasions only to be told he was not in the office to look it up himself,and after providing all info on my end 4 times ,I was told it was A hassel for him to go about processing this order because "most of his business is not conducted online".
  So why have a website that offers website sales? I have contacted Paypal, who my payment went thru, but it is past a 45 day time period for a claim. I honestly thought I would not have to resort to any claims, having no problems with numerous online puchases thru the years in the flightsim world. But I guess there is always a first time. So until I can report some sort of a positive outcome for this purchase, I am warning the flightsim community to be very aware of the MYAIRPLANE.COM website. Sincerely,Skip

Not a good experience, I've certainly never heard of such poor customer service in the FS community. I'm guessing he won't be around for long if he is like this

Thats why I don't buy Payware stuff.(and no money  )

Just an update on this problem with Myairplane.com. I still have no response from Dennis Megarry or "staff' abt my  claim after several more attempts to contact him via email and land line. I have filed a claim with the Federal Trade Commission that is still ongoing. My advice is to still avoid doing business with this individual.
