Another new Russian airfield, just released.
I have not had time to try this one yet, but the screenshots look pretty darn good!

The install is simple, you don't even need to consult the readme.

Just put the .fx files located in the effects folder into the main FS2004 effects folder. Then put the "USHH Khanty-Mansiysk" folder into the Addon Scenery folder, and activate it within FS.
