Ok, this is how it works. If anyone out their makes Red, White, And Blue flight smoke ang GEICO texures for the extra 300s in FSX, they will get:
A FREEWARE Piper 180, which you can take cerdit of, and thier good name on every flight sim forum that I know of.

You can make a Piper 180 (which doesn't exist, by the way, unless you meant PA-28-180 yet you cannot make blue, red and white smoke?

So basically you're hosting a competition for a freeware plane that someone can take all the credit for?  In otherwords, a competition to win the opportunity to plagerize?  I don't understand.

Piper 180 does exist An225, Cherokee 180.  

I know Jake, but its designation is actually the PA-28. Then we go into sub-designations, PA-28-180.

Anyway, this whole thing seems very suspicious. You have offered no screenshots of the plane, so that you can prove to us that it is your (and FS shots will not prove anything - you could have downloaded the plane). And like I said, with learning how to model and texture (and code flight dynamics) you learn how to do such effects in FS.

OK,  I've done the smoke and skin.  Send me the 180.

How stupid can people get right Crash?

There's a long story behind the 'hyepilot' saga that some of you are aware of.  It's a little confusing but bear with me as I try to explain who I am.

I discovered Flyinghye aka Hyepilot aka Armenianpilot aka Armaviapilot (and a few other names besides) was heading here to sign up after causing chaos on another couple of sites.  I beat him to the hyepilot name much to his annoyance.  At the same time I was playing with him using the alias of Uncle_Wayne.  The hyewaynefsx account was created in March, about the time he was getting banned from many other sites.  The freeware offer is certainly his style to con someone into producing something he'll likely use as his own work and paying for it with some freeware that is probably someone else's work.

I shared the email trail with a couple of other people at the time and still have the story documented that I can post here if necessary.  8-)  There's another person here (who shall remain nameless for the time being to protect the innocent) who has been receiving emails and PMs from me (hyepilot) who thought it was the real hyepilot.  Likewise, hyepilot has been in correspondence with who he thinks is that person.  I can produce the content of those emails too to prove my side although both might not be too pleased now they know.

For those that can see IP addresses you might want to check if any of the names in the first paragraph appear on the members list and the IP addreses associated with them.  He's apparently living in Armenia now so the IP source location should confirm that.

Having said all that, it might just be someone else who put the name together but it's interesting that some of you also picked up on the hyepilot style and content of the post.    If hyewaynefsx is the hyepilot of old we'll probably see a nice angry response.  ;D  They do say a leopard never changes it's spots!!

Well said.  On those other sites the admins were a bit slow to get hypee under control and it soon blossomed into chaos.

I've changed my name to what I tend to use around the net.  Hopefully that will clear the confusion between me and hyewhatever.
