I haven't been on there since 2005 I believe and I can't even register on there. But last week I visited the site with no problems and downloaded some planes from their library???

Sounds like someone either got into your account and caused trouble or someone was using the same IP number as you and they banned by that. Worth contacting the webmaster methinks
