Uhm.... why??

I was just looking at the VOZ website which is realeasin version 1.1 tomorrow. I decided to look at their file hosting application and notcied this stipulation:
2. You must not be an agent, employee, business partner, affiliate or have any business dealings with avsim.com, flightsim.com or simviation.com
Does this mean they don't want the 3 largest add-on sites hosting it? And if it does why??
