Hi Guys and Gals,

A few days ago I joined the forum at AVSIM with a dedicated e-mail address and have received nine copies of the Beagle virus from one address (Rlbance@aol.com). I am sure that this is not intentional but rather it comes from an infected computer.

My anti virus caught and deleted it before it entered my system and did any damage.

Clear Skies,
Paul

The Beagle worm is also capable of spoofing email addresses, so chances are it didn't actually come from the address that you posted here. ;)

Beagle executes when the email is opened.

Everyone scan your computers to make sure you're not inadvertently spreading this thing.

There's a removal tool at

http://securityresponse.symantec.com/av ... nfodb.html

Just search around and you'll find the beagle information on the W page.
