flight motion simulators

Have any of you seen the new Dream Flyer (dreamflyer) manufactured by Flight Motion SWimulators Inc.? It was unveiled at the EAA Air Venture in Oshkosh last month. Finally a full motion cockpit style simulator that the average 'joe' can afford! I actually had the experience of meeting Doc Holloway and "flying" the Dreaflyer...what a rush! Check it out at www.mydreamflyer.com

The average "joe" is different for different people. It says to call for prices. That's usually a bad thing from my experience. Probably another thing I can put in my list of "would love to have but can't afford".  ;D

Depends on your income I guess. Price is around $2300.00 USD and is the cheapes full-motion sim out there!

The other blogs out there are buzzing about this contraption...I wouldn't have beleived the hip if I didn't get to fly a 737 on it (something I have always wanted to do). I also flew an F18 and the movement was completely different! You could actually feel how heavy and lumbering the 737 was compared to the powerful manuevering of the F18...what a rush! Anything close is in the 15000.00 range. As I see it the 2300.00 price tag is a steal. Gotta get me one!
