avsim enforcing some new policy

amongst reading another forum i visit often, one of the staff stopped by and wrote a post to the public about a new rule avsim is enforcing about repaints and whatnot.

basically it says put a text file with contact info in your zip file,or it's rejected. simple enough.

just thought i'd put that out there for the SimV public.
