Battle of the Airlines Organization Announces New Website Haarlem, Netherlands - The Battle of the Airlines Organization (BOTA) today announced that it had acquired and relocated its site to the new URL - www.battleoftheairlines.org. Site hosting, bandwidth and re-directs have been underwritten by Kern Pegg, CEO & Founder of Air Pacifica Airlines (www.airpacifica.org), who has pledged a minimum two-year commitment to BOTA.
"As a past participant and sponsor, I am thrilled with this opportunity to partner with Ray and the BOTA Organization, as it works towards hosting its 2004 event. I'm sure pilots world-wide will be pleased with our new partnership, and the opportunities and adventures it will provide them with in the coming months," said Kern Pegg at the morning's press conference.
Rumors of the infamous RaceRunner Ray's latest exploits - best known for depriving race participants of beer and reliable aircraft - have begun to surface in the FS community. Early last week he was spotted testing the effects of demolition charges on various airframes, while meeting with notorious members of the Corleone family.
