CTD from two favourite planes

I have 2 of air bhudda's p47's and they won't work now, CTD I've tried emails but no response, can anyone give me an idea as to what I can do to the mdl files to allow them to work, or does someone know where I can get them from (wonderful winnie and happy warrior. I've tried the win xp patch, no luck

Hey tumins. I'm not an expert but I have a few questions.
which planes exactly?
i can test them out and see what i get.
when does it crash?
at load up/ mission start or when your selecting them?
does any other aircraft crash or just those?
have you tried looking here for suggestions?

Hi, Thanx for replying so quickly, The 2 planes are wonderful winnie and happy warrior, they worked perfectly well when I downloaded them a few years ago and (shame I know) I didn't use cfs2 for a while, when I set it all up on the new pc they ctd at the first selection, you don't even get the piccy at selection

forgot to mention other plane shad ctd.ed but all others were fixed at the time using one of the many great utils available

Sorry, I can't find these files posted at Simviation. More information & links to the download pages would be a great help.

I don't know if they are still posted anywhere now, A lot of sites I used have gone now too. Would it help if I somehow sent them to you for evaluation?

It would certainly help if I can see the files. If they're a reasonable size you can attach them to an email. My email address is in my profile.

I have found the original location for those files. found at SOH. sad to say that the files are no longer there.

99% of the time the CTD is caused by the aircraft either not having a Sound file or being aliased to an aircraft that is no longer in your install. ;)
