Lindsay Watt's CFS2 software and scenery objects are available now at his website...and that may be the only place that you can find them these days:

It's a real shame what happened and I'm very upset about it.I've known Lindsay since I first started in CFS2.
Tango how you doing?

Sad indeed. Seems like many "developers" have left the fold over there, or have stopped creating. Guess they are not wanted there.

From what I can see it's the old story. Modifying files without the author's knowledge or consent. Most FS developers are very touchy about this sort of thing nowadays.

This is meant to be confidential, but I am very, very upset with the way a certain situation was handled, and am very close to resigning as a senior administrator and the librarian and leaving the unnamed site entirely.
However, I would not take my stuff down there, because I feel that would penalize the CFS2 community, which are the ones I work doggedly and tirelessly to support. I hang in at this unnamed website for the benefit of the CFS2 community only, not the website.
Frankly, the longer I've been a staff member at this unnamed website and then a senior administrator, the less I like it. Seeing the underbelly of the beast is becoming an increasingly bad experience.
Please make sure this remains confidential, I have not made a final decision yet.
