Lucarny's C-46

I've uploaded much improved CFG and DP files for the C-46 Commando by J.R. Lucarny.  The flight characteristics are much more pleasant.   They should be up tomorrow.

Sopwith's skin and captmercy's panel upgrade are nice as well.  8-)
