New DP for the Meteor F3

As promised, I'm smoothing out a new DP for the Meteor F3 that gives you four payloads to chose from

:-? Well, I'm gonna have to throw in two more payloads in the form of bombs and bombs long range with the MC500s...just a little bonus for the folks....

Well, I've done everything but blow in Pete's ear, to get the 'file required' link fixed to no end.   ;D   So, we'll just have to live with it.  :'(
